Format

A data.frame with one row per sample and columns including:

hs_child_age_None

Child age in years.

e3_sex_None

Biological sex (Male/Female).

h_cohort

Cohort identifier.

hs_asthma

Binary indicator of asthma outcome.

...

Additional exposure and phenotype variables.
